Hi everybody,
I am creating a book "Russo-Japanese Naval Warfare 1904-1905". Mostly with my drawings. Some information is here:

I need an editor. Of course I understand the things... but still I've asked)

Re: Russo-Japanese Naval Warfare 1904-1905
I have studied this war quite extensively, and have written some about it, though never published it. In fact my ex-planned thesis was about the activities of the Vladivostok squadron (1st Cruiser Brigade). So, if you want, I may help you. I'm also planning to draw the three principal ships involved on the Russian side: Rossiya, Gromoboi and Rurik. As a sidenote I chose my SB pseudo from Vice Admiral Petr Alekseevich Bezobrazov, commander of this brigade from April-July 1904!
Btw, your book looks promising. Hopefully there might be a free copy to be obtained after publishing!

Yes, sure!
As far as texts is concerned I tried to compose the both sides sources events - Meydji and Russian Naval ministry official report - in one. And there are some interesting observations. I'm going not to expose them now. The only I want to say - seems that these were 2 different wars...

Yes, I understand, that's my impression too. It's been, at times hellish to sort contradictions out. Why don't you IM me here, so we can exchange private emails then?

Sure I will)
That's a half size page preview
I will cover all Russian ship somehow participated in the War.
As far as for Japanese - there will be for sure my small drawings. As far as photos is concerned - I try to figure it out. The book formated A4 has already 500 pages...

Great stuff, this looks promising so far.

Forgot ot tell.
All drawings are of a common scale. Even isometric views are uniformally scaled. So it is quite easy to get the notion of the ship "weight".
Praetonia, Bombhead, thanks - it took me some time to create it)

Great stuff, I certainly am interested in getting a copy, especially since it has what looks like a rare plan drawing of a sister ship to the Childers that I may need

There's no such thing as "nothing left to draw" If you can down 10 pints and draw, you're doing alright by my standards
