I suggest fixing the pixel trash as well. especially aroudn the propellers, most of the underwater hull, the funnel caps and the whitespace around the drawing.

I am currently working on the pixels problem and I realized that the time needed to fix that would push past my planned completion date so it will be completed hopefully on the 31 of January unless I rush to get it done on the 29 (my birthday).

Well if I may offer a couple of pennies worth of guidance; First off, the pixel trash isn't the only problem. Your props are merely resized and as such, look horrible. There is also several white spaces where it should be gray, for example, the B turret on the bow.
Second off, there seem to be a lot of lines running randomly on the superstructure and seem to have no purpose whatsoever. I do know that they are for sure not deck level placeholders.
Third, while the superstructure does look... decent, at least because it's easy to make blocks, the underwater hull is shaped horribly.. It just doesn't look right, especially on the bow.

That's all I have and all I'm going to offer.

I see what you mean by the ship being a wreck of pixel trash and underwater hull disaster so It may take a while before I post the final picture so bear with me I WILL GET IT DONE I promise

just delete the entire area, and draw it up manually. it's faster!

how do you do that when you have no pen tablet to use to draw the image on computer?

Draw it by hand with a light pencil until you have the form that you want. Trace those lines with a fine tip black marker. Be careful not to smudge the paper or blot the ink.

Scan the image you just drew. Cut out the pixels you want from the rater image and resize to SB scale. Since you are working in pixels it doesnt matter quality loss from resizing because it will all get painted over anyway.
