Colo said on IRC that that FAL wasn't to Gunbucket scale. I have an attempt at an FAL, but apparently there's a lot of little details that are wrong.

No fucktards, I'm going to redraw the FAL in this scale.

I think as creator of the entire scale and the Gunbucket drawing style I get to reserve a few drawings... those include:

Springfield 1903
FN FAL (all marks)
Webley Mk.IV and Mk.VI
Sterling SMG
Sten SMG (all marks)

All I can think of at the moment.

So great to see DarthPanda come in and just start drawing everything. Leaves nothing for the rest of us.

oke! oke! your FAL is just one pix too long, it won't take long to redraw it, I am looking forward for your Sterling and Springfield and I would like reserve Dragonov SVD.

No, the entire thing is out of scale. The "FAL" I drew way back in the day is an L1A1 SLR, scaled to the size of the metric 50.00 FN FAL. Therefore the entire thing is incorrect proportions-wise.

This was before I knew the difference between the SLR and the metric FN. The SLR is quite a bit longer than the metric FNs and so will require almost an entirely new drawing.

This is the sort of attention to detail that should be required for gunbucket drawings. For all of my drawings, I tried to use my real guns to get the tiny details down correctly, and that's why the No.4 Lee Enfield looks so good... because I literally held a real one while I drew it.
