Excellent rendering !
I love also the "GEB" you've drawn, but the tarpaulin seems a bit high for a cargo 8KT and looks more like a "lot 7" model.

Je pardonne à tous ceux qui m'ont offensé... mais je garde la liste!

Re: FD Scale Vehicles 5
I was going through the old forums (the 3rd thread, and now the , and came across this:
This shows it as being based on the Panzer 38(t) chassis, when I'm fairly certain the Marder II was based on the Panzer II chassis.
The 38(t) was later remade into the Hetzer, but not the Marder II. The 38(t) was also made into the Marder III, (but that had a very different profile).
Marder II
Marder III

Re: FD Scale Vehicles 5
It was, as you can see, not a perfect modification of DarthPanda LT vz 38. 99Problems try to make couple of FD scale german tanks like command version of Panzer I and sIG 33 and he was not good at it. If you want you can make a Marder II, I think DP make Panzer II some time ago ... or no ?
Nobody expects the Imperial Inquisition!
Re: FD Scale Vehicles 5
I'm actually making a Hetzer based on his LT vs 38, but I'll have to take up a Marder II after that.Rhade wrote:It was, as you can see, not a perfect modification of DarthPanda LT vz 38. 99Problems try to make couple of FD scale german tanks like command version of Panzer I and sIG 33 and he was not good at it. Goodluck with Marder II!
Re: FD Scale Vehicles 5
Thanks, I'll have to see what I can do. I just realized my scale with the Hetzer was off, so I'll be starting over... bugger.darthpanda wrote:here you are:Shurik wrote:I'm actually making a Hetzer based on his LT vs 38, but I'll have to take up a Marder II after that.Rhade wrote:It was, as you can see, not a perfect modification of DarthPanda LT vz 38. 99Problems try to make couple of FD scale german tanks like command version of Panzer I and sIG 33 and he was not good at it. Maybe I'll leave it for now and do the Marder II...
But here's a couple for you I haven't seen yet:
I've always liked the lines of the Crusader tank.
I don't think anyone's done a Sd.Kfz. 234/2 "Puma".
The Cadillac Gage V-600 also has a rather distinct shape...
I've seen BTR 60's, 70's, and 80's, but I haven't seen a BTR-90 yet.
And you guys' eye might be better than me, but what's the profile difference between the B1 Centauro, and the Vextra 105?
