Nice line drawing of the upcoming MPSV12 ice breaking salvage ships, four now under construction at Nevsky Shipyard in Russia: http://meb.com.ua/spece/MPSV12e.html

Oh and here is the MPSV07 series, from the same source: http://meb.com.ua/spece/MPSV07e.html

Today, June 9th, the keel was laid at the Yantar yard in Kaliningrad for the second project 22010 research ship, to be named ALMAZ and to be completed in 2019. She promises to look rather different than the first ship of the class, the YANTAR, which has already been expertly drawn in our forum:

It seems that the design of the ALMAZ has been modified for space tracking work: http://www.navyrecognition.com/index.ph ... drome.html

Re: Some Soviet/Russian Ships
Athough these are Romanian designed warships, they use Soviet weaponly, electronics and machinery:

I came across this photobucket collection while online on my tablet. I searched again from my home computer but did not managed to find that collection again. But thankfully took a screenshot. Most interesting design is the last, a form of Tetal Class with helipad and hangar, perhaps proposal or a never built variant.
