Thanks!

I have done, and once again I'll say, this is an actual thing that an actual country in the actual word was seriously considering before they got the FFG-7s.

My Christmas present to myself. An updated and revised Deity with new underwater hull (derived from what imagery I can find of the T45) and some other detail changes...

Merry Christmas All!

Oh look, no funnels... :?

After deliberation between myself and the council of elders I've decided that a conventional power-installation is untenable for my CONOPS ergo behold a CVGN to replace the now obsolete CVG drawing!

Abstract:
The A class aircraft carriers are the largest surface combatants in use in with and indeed ever designed for the Royal Galenic navy. They are replacements for the preceding 'Z' Class of carriers (Improved Forrestal / JFK) built between 1960 and1965) - (TGL Zealous, Zephyr, Zodiac and Zulu).
Compared to their predecessors they have much reduced manning requirements but as would be expected from the disparity in size they also however embark fewer aircraft than them. They do however fulfil a wide gamut of roles other than the traditional carrier role. They have extensive command and medical facilities allowing them to as needed serve as amphibious flagships. They can if the need arises also be converted into commando carriers as the preceding 'Y' class indeed were.
They are expected to be in service until around 2050 if not longer.

Cheers all. I'm quite happy with how it's finally turned out. Part British, part French which is just the combination I wanted.

Vice work with the aircraft carrier, perhaps however the E-1/KC-2/P-1 could be replaced with variants of E-3/C-2. This family could also have an MPA carrier, since E-3 has quite large range.
