Looking good ezgo, I like the davit system it looks good to me. The electronics fit also seems suitable as far as I can tell.

Thank you Trojan!

I have put the ship in the template and added necessary details. If there is something I missed, let me know ;) .

I would maybe add a collapsable hanger aft of the funnel. Past that it looks good to me

Thank you!
Honestly, for what the ship's purpose is, I don't think it would warrant the need for a hangar, but that's just me. I did think about it though, but I decided against it.

And now for something else in the same category. It's largely based on the Runnymede LCU-2000.

Image
LCU-83 class - 5 ships in class
Built: 1989-1991
Length: 198.5ft
Beam: 43ft
Draught Light: 8.5ft
Draught Full: 9.5ft
Speed: 11kts
Crew: 14
Capacity: 4 70-ton MBT or 8 APC or up to 400 tons of cargo

Edit:

I don't want to get this post too cluttered, but I wanted to work on my hovercraft to remove the Russian look and basically wound up changing the bridge and mast.

Image
The top is what I originally had, and the bottom two have a new and revised bridge.
Honestly, I think it looks really cool and somewhat aggressive, but I want to post it to see what you all think.
Thoughts?

In your helicopter the old Mk46 is used, there is available a newer one.Otherwise the LST-27 is good, only large LSD/LPD have hangar. The small LCU is also good and the "dentonized" hovercrafts have a very distinctive look. But I like the "russian" hovercraft too.

I'll suggest you try and sketch put a basic topview of the LST-27. I can't help but feel that the superstructure won't fit, at leaset not with its current shape. Those davits needs some serious space to work with. I'd also find a way to get a crane on board forward of the superstructure so you can load and unload light vehicles and gear while alongside a pier. A kingpost for UNREP wouldn't go amiss either.

Alright. Here's my quick and dirty top down view.

So.. I have about 18 inches between the stairs and the LCVP, but hey, that's pretty close!

I could always hang them over 2, 3 feet (I mean, hey, those causeways gotta be hanging over 6-7 feet at least), or move the stairs altogether (although that's not much of an option).

Also, what exactly does a kingpost look like?

Thank you Odysseus! Concerning the Mk46, I will look for the replacement.

You need to be able to work around them, so you're going to need more clearance. Three-four feet at least.

Updated the image above. Added a crane and changed a few details.

Are there any more comments about the hovercraft or the LCU?

Say, what is the purpose of the 76mm, exactly?
