You have to study precisely this class of ship and its history
alas, you continue to make very huge historical-mistakes

Is this better?

I'm sorry I offended you.

David the North Carolina in August 1941 was in measure 12 camouflage, the hull is much darker than the upperwork.
Vertical surfaces from boot-topping to level of main deck or highest sheer line, continuous for full length, Sea Blue 5-S.
ertical surfaces above main deck level, to level of the top of the highest superstructure masses, Ocean Gray 5-O. Pole masts, yards, slender upper works above level of top superstructure masses, Haze Gray 5-H.
Image Thank you Kim for the crest

David, wonderful work on the Washington's elder sister.

Here's what Measure 12 looks like on her, and the Washington:

Measure 12A is going to be the more "fun" of the two...

I'm working on the measure 12 camouflage of North Carolina but the colors I'm finding seem wrong the Ocean gray seems very dark against the Sea Blue and the Haze Gray does not have a lot of contrast either. Does anyone have swatches of the colors I could use?

See what I mean?

best I could find on quick look, but it seems to be the measure 12 modified. I don't know if it is just the shape or the colours too that is modified.

What's the deal with the stuff on the aft main gun director and why does it keep disappearing and reappearing at random?
