Awesome! I'd love to tour the Iowa. I remember she came to Portsmouth, UK in the 80's and I got on board but only on the exterior main deck. How much of her did you get to see? What's all that plywood on the deck for?

I did get to see her through out the main deck from bow to stern and the bridge but not bellow decks like the engine room compartments.
The plywood is applied for us tourist as a guiding route but of course only in the main deck.
That is how the museum is arranged.
