Philippine Government Arsenal "Musang" carbine (7.62 x 37 mm):
The carbine shown here is the first prototype (serial no. GA - 000001). The 7.62 x 37 mm round is the Philippine answer to Advanced Armament Corporation's
.300 AAC Blackout. Interestingly, this carbine uses modified M1919 barrels with a 1x10 RH twist.

Interesting. Maybe You could try doing some group of parts (from common manufacturer, or of common kind - like gunsights) and put them on standard template ("Israeli gunsights" for example)?
