Me on top of Mount Viglio last wednesday; a 7.081 feet mountain the Appenines requiring a 7.5 miles round-trip and 2.400 feet-gain to be summited, inluding a short but fun scrambling section to overcome the fore-summit.

This past week in the National Forest...

And at the top of Hallett Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park. The summit behind me is Longs Peak (14,256ft) which we climbed two years ago. Hallett is much shorter (12,784ft indicated on my GPS and USGS survey maps)... but still a 10 mile roundtrip with a 3,300ft elevation gain.

It's Szczecin. ;) Stettin is old German name we don't use anymore in non-historical context.
