Ok I've reviewed the images and quite suprisingly there weren't any non-eligble drawings qualitywise.

As for the Garlicdesign's French never-where drawings, I decide that they should be uploaded to the never-where section simply following the same guideline as we have done with other never-where projects. Those are all more or less artistic impressions and exspecially if ones are inteded to shown as "how would they look like if actually commisioned" and not just plain illustrations of their plans. Otherwise many never-where drawing/projects would be not fit for shipbucket as they are just too pleak. This naturally demands alot of knowlidge from the artists and naturally gets quite theral monitoring from us adms. But Garlicdesign's drawings pass the par easily.
