The MiG-23PFM looks stunning, certainly looks different with a full-nose radar radome and side intakes.

Thanks! It definitely, looks very different to the Ye150 family even though the only major modifications are in the front. It gave me a lot of Foxbat impressions as I worked on it.

I think it would've been a great alternative to the Su-15, and maybe even steal a couple sales from the MiG-21, even with a much much higher price tag. The big radar coupled with the two AA-4 Awl SARH would make it a pretty decent medium-range interceptor, although the single man crew would probably put extra stress on the pilot.

In my AU, it's appearence definitely made some people in the West worried!

OK, I've deleted them.
Deviantart is the only host I can use at present, they seem to screw a lot of pics up.
