I have the LCS/LPD-17 Mk 46 Bushmaster mount actually drawn. I also have a number of carefully scaled but not fully drawn machinery parts. Would you like those as well?

The bushmaster is already added to my local copy, saw when I posted this that I missed it :P
Any other stuff, I would certainly like to have! The important thing is to have their size, estimated so they can be used to design ships (look at for example the D2G reactors space)

I am thinking of setting a bit of a standard for things like that, a line colour for estimated sizes and outlines, one for exact sizes for boundaries of the system and another (black?) for actual systems being fully drawn. Comments on that idea are welcome too ;)

I think so too, but for some reason they did not make it into the first post (most likely from me being busy and the post being a mess) so not into my workfile as well. fixed, they are on now ;) (including some others posted in this thread). files updated, ctrl-F5 if they are invisible.

One possibility is that they got lost when Majhost shut down back then. anyway, no problem :)

For what it's worth.

All sizing is reasonably well-sourced, and in many cases comes from mfg's CAD.

For the large Wartsila diesels, the overhead line is the minimum clearance required to remove a piston (i.e., the absolute minimum compartment height)

I dont really know if this is the place to post this, but i could not really find anywhere more pertinent. Feel free to move it, if you please :)

I assembled this part sheet for my private AU, some of it i did myself and other bits i borrowed elsewhere. Enjoy!
