Re: belowdeck parts
I see no need for real difference between the 2, if you look up belowdeck parts you know what the DDG-51 class is.
that said, is that engine purely used as generator, or is there an shaft driver version as well?
well drawn shipright, I will add it the next time I update the first post.

Re: belowdeck parts
I am not sure, I have only seen it used as a generator myself. The RR source I linked makes me think it is a dedicated genset.
Re: belowdeck parts
As far as I am aware, a direct-drive variant does not exist in the shipboard sense. That doesn't mean that such gensets are not or could not be used as prime movers, but I believe they would need to be in an electric-drive configuration. Ultimately, the system uses the same turbomachinery core as the Allison 501 (and the T56), so for varying values of "variant", certainly there are many thousands of direct-drive systems out there...

Re: belowdeck parts
Not really a belowdeck part, because it's essentially bolt-on, but I didn't want to start a whole thread for it.
The Rheinmetall MASS decoy launcher.
Which I needed because I'm thinking about redoing HMS Halifax. The old drawing is quite terrible, and after the FELEX upgrade, this is bolted on the ship.

"Can you please draw a side view too?"
Yes Heuhen, I can. Not eveyone is interested in every concievable angle of a part, which is why at first I didn't bother.

Re: belowdeck parts
a second set of eendracht main guns, this time with the turrets such as they were fitted on the Tre Kronor class.
