Actually there is nothing wierd with gear, in most cases landing gear is down in first flights of prototype. But, that's only a RC model.

I like this pic, they have a rly big pilots there or ... rly small models.

Like so many LEGO models that I've built, it looks impressive until you put a pilot in it.
