Uraga Class CV (and other Macross designs)

Re: Uraga Class CV (and other Macross designs)
Better reffrences of the same class are avalable for Macross 7. An unfortunate side effect of modern CGI is that there aren't as many reference pictures. (now if only they would release the 3d models, that would kick ass)
Re: Uraga Class CV (and other Macross designs)
Copied the outline of the ARMD and pasted it onto a shipbucket template. It's smaller than the Uraga class, but not by much. Resizing the linework made it all blooby and I'm having second thoughts about making this my second project. (Previously I had just done a tiny gunboat) I'd be more or less frehanding my lines over this.
I also considered doing the Daedalus or Prometheus, but it turns out they are even longer. At 512 meters the Prometheus is longer than the sea-wise giant.
Re: Uraga Class CV (and other Macross designs)
Beatrice AFV family:
The Beatrice Mobile Gun System is canon (from Macross Frontier) but the Infantry Fighting Vehicle (with 55 mm caseless telescoped autocannon) and Ambulance are made up by me, as similar 8x8 vehicles (such as the Patria AMV and Stryker/LAV) have those variants, and it is reasonable the Beatrice would have too.

Post Macross Frontier era (2060's) Uraga carrier NUNS Vandeglift CVS-761:
Here is the final iteration of my Uraga drawing, with an airwing consisting of the VF-25 Messiah variable fighter (in NUNS VF-171 colors) and the VB-6 König Monster variable bomber.

The Order of Saint Mark developed the OSM Christ Pantocrator in the early 2060's as a response to the effective deployment of the SMS Macross Quarter during the 2059 Vajra War. Inclusion of Protoculture and Vajra technologies was a driving factor in the design, which include a fold reactor and super fold drives, all made possible by fold quartz deposits in the planetary system where Alexandria is located. The OSM Christ Pantocrator was built by Hyundai Heavy Industries in Alexandria and launched in 2065.

The VF-32 Viper was developed by Sukhoi and manufactured by St. Barbara Arsenal of Alexandria for the Order of Saint Mark to replace the VF-19OSM in OSM service since 2046 (the VF-19's have been transferred to the NUNS forces in Alexandria). The VF-32 is derived from the YF-24 but has some features from the YF-30 and VF-31, such as the beam gunpod and some electronics. It was designed to exceed the Surya Aerospace VF-31 Kairos in performance, though it does not have the VF-31's modular container system. Unlike other 5th-generation variable fighters, the VF-32 features a wrap-around cockpit in all modes, just like the preceding VF-19, allowing for superior situational awareness for the pilot. The VF-32's add on modules, the Super Pack and Armor Pack are both capable of atmospheric use, though the VF-32's speed is reduced when using the Armor Pack in an atmosphere. The VF-32's prototype, the YF-32 first flew from the Uraga class carrier St. Mina in 2066 and the production VF-32 entered service in 2069.

Is that third vessel next to VB-6 and VF-32 supposed to be a RC-4 Rabbit?

It's a modern (2060's/2070's) version of the Rc-4 Rabbit, the C-20 Rabbit II, and is original to my fanfic.Cascadia wrote:Is that third vessel next to VB-6 and VF-32 supposed to be a RC-4 Rabbit?

A variable Destroid family from my Macross Alexandria fanfic:
The Warhammer family of variable Destroids was developed in the early 2060's as a replacement for the various Destroids in service in the Alexandrian Union Army and Alexandrian Union Marine Corps. While other armed forces in New Unified Government space have phased out Destroids in favor of variable fighters, the Alexandrian Union Armed Forces have recognized the versatility of a lightweight Destroid for urban combat. Taking advantages of technology from fifth-generation variable fighters, such as linear actuators for smoother transformation from Tank mode to Destroid mode as well as more advanced energy conversion armor, the Warhammer Destroid family has superior performance to earlier Destroids.
VMBR-10 Warhammer:
A variable Main Battle Robot developed as a replacement for the Tomahawk Destroid. It is armed with 2 arm-mounted particle beam guns and 16 micro-missiles as main armament, as well as a coaxial 30 mm autocannon and head turret-mounted 12.7 mm and 8.6 mm machine guns. It is equipped with manipulators similar to those found on variable fighters.
VADR-10 Warhammer-AA:
A variable Air Defense Robot developed as a replacement for the Defender and Cheyenne II Destroids. It is armed with 2 arm-mounted 35 mm Gatling guns and 10 short range surface-to-air missiles, as well as head turret-mounted 12.7 mm and 8.6 mm machine guns. It is equipped with a short-range AESA air search radar and AESA fire control radar.
VASR-10 Warhammer-FH:
A variable Artillery Support Robot developed to complement towed 155 mm howitzers. It is armed with 2 155 mm railguns with 20 rounds capacity for each gun that can fire all 155 mm artillery shells fitted with a sabot, as well as head turret-mounted 12.7 mm and 8.6 mm machine guns. It is capable of Multiple-Round Simultaneous Impact (MRSI) artillery bombardment due to its high rate for fire and precise fire control system.
VMLR-10 Warhammer-ML:
A variable Multiple Launch Rocket Robot developed as a replacement for the Destroid Phalanx. Unlike the Phalanx, it is equally adept for use in an atmosphere as well as in space. It is armed with 2 rocket pods with 6 rockets each, as well as head turret-mounted 12.7 mm and 8.6 mm machine guns. The rocket pods are usually loaded with artillery bombardment rockets for atmospheric use and anti-aircraft rockets for space use.
VARR-10 Warhammer-AR:
An Armored Recovery Robot designed for recovery of other Destroids, as well as use as an engineering vehicle. It is basically an armored variable Workoid. It is armed with head turret-mounted 12.7 mm and 8.6 mm machine guns. It is equipped with manipulators similar to those found on variable fighters, as well as various attachments such as winches, shovels and dozer blades.

A variant of the VF-32 and a UCAV from my Macross Alexandria fanfic universe:
Sukhoi VF-32S Viper with Mikoyan AIF-12 Seraph UCAV:
The VF-32 Viper can be equipped with the Mikoyan AIF-12 Seraph UCAV in place of each of its Super Pack boosters as part of its Super Pack system. The AIF-12 Seraph is a multirole UCAV that is intended to be carried by variable fighters for use as boosters and armament packs when docked and as an independent combat unit when undocked. The AIF-12 is armed with 2 light particle beam cannons and 2 micro missile launchers with 18 missiles each.
