I have but the only plan I've seen of the Biber have german modifications to the FaĆ  di Bruno

In the design it looks like the gun is given a longer barrel? And the models of her show a different conning tower,

Here is the current revised version, I'm thinking about the life boat cranes, since the Biber plan leaves them out. Hmm.

Also im confused by the boat like lines in the schematic for the Biber, does that mean when it sinks those are all lifeboats that float out? XD

Depends on the role and location, in a deep river I can imagine that would be fine

Yes, she would be used in shallow water. river, lake, coastal areas.
