Re: Project Sail
Nice work, it's coming along nicely...
Re: Project Sail
Looking mighty fine indeed. I often stop to have lunch where she is but I've still yet to ever actually go aboard her (if that's even still possible, I haven't seen anyone around her for a while now, bad timing maybe?)

Re: Project Sail
Those are amazing! Now I want to try my hand at sailing ships, too. I'll have to search to make sure I'm not duplicating efforts, but the ones that leap to mind first are HMCS Oriole, STV Goldcrest and Bluenose II.
Done: PCT-55 Orca
In progress: ASL-20 HMCS Cormorant
May try next: HMCS Oriole, STV Goldcrest, Bluenose II

Thanks guys
Denodon- she's open but yeah, in yet to arrive camera in hand to her and she be open. By I have seen people on her when I pass.
Jacky Tar- I'm pretty sure those ones haven't been drawn, might want go check the bucket though and any worklists especially for the Bluenose. But, yes it would be lovely to have more sailing ships on the bucket, this is an open thread for anyones sailing projects.

There's no such thing as "nothing left to draw" If you can down 10 pints and draw, you're doing alright by my standards

Re: Project Sail
Just did a search on the entire forum for those three ships and the only hits returned for Goldcrest and Bluenose are in my post of my intention to draw them. Two other hits on ships named Oriole, but not HMCS Oriole. So I think I'm safeRodondo wrote:Thanks guys

Re: Project Sail
The Mary Celeste would also make a good addition to the Bucket.
