She is scheduled to decom in 2020 (thats the extended date due to the delays), so I don't think they will get past two operational carriers unless they start another Vikrant-class following the first. I doubt that though, the Vikrant will probably be a one off to learn from instead of a continuing build.

Vikrant will indeed serve as a proof of concept for Vishal which will be much larger to accommodate changes as well
