Ok I have edited the drawing, removed octuple 2pd mountings, replaced with singles, added flying off platforms to B and Y turrets. So is now in 1922 state.

Oh Lord... I just had an interesting thought... If this ship were built, would she have been sent to intercept Bismarck?

If she was stationed at the same place as Hood. But it's an 50-50 chance since there are two places she could be, where Hood was and...

The rate of fire however... Bismarck would still give here problem at ranging fire. Hood had to close in on Bismarck to protect it's deck armor... Well we know what happend...

Yes, and Incomparable had less deck armor than Hood.

I have done a rework of the 1928-31 version with the 2pd octuple mounts and a catapult with aircraft.
