Sorry to say, but Shipbucket-wise she's not looking good.
First of all, unless it's resized (and judging from the scale bar and caption, it's not), then You've got a HUGE problem with artifacts.

Secondly, by convention, wings, horizontal stabilizers, struts and the like have to be - with exception of their ends where they are thinnest - at least 3-pixel thick (or more, if necessary): black contour - color - black contour.
Also, if that grey tear-shaped thing on the fuselage, below the wing, is a float, then it needs to be outlined in black too, as now it's just something painted on, not a physical entity.

Here are few examples of the drawings of aircraft of generally similar configuration and era (sorry for such shameless promotion of my own work, but it just so happens that majority of WW1-era aircraft drawings were done partially or wholly by me)

One more 747 from me instead.

Yesterday I saw pictures and videos of the new Lufthansa livery (the first aircraft sporting it was repainted and unveiled at FCO airport, a mere 20-minute ride from my home) and found it surprisingly bland and generic, so I decided to draw the previous one instead.
Incidentally, the best reference pic I've found is of the very same aircraft: "D-ABYA", or "Brandenburg".

EDIT: outdated, see next post
