The color looks more like Sea Blue 5-S than Navy Blue 5-N. This drawing is using Colos' Navy Blue 4-N: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/939 ... do1942.png

Actually, what I did was to copy a bulk of the 5-N to my Olympia palette and there and then mix it up, so, I'd say, it's the 5-N; unless my paint is completely screwed-up!

I compared the colors, and yours do not match correctly, 5-N is slightly darker, and more "blue-ish."

I use Paint.NET, and it has this simple select a pixel and it will select that color function. That is how I did the comparison.

Regular mspaint has the same. It's the little pipette icon
“Close” only counts with horseshoes, hand grenades, and tactical nuclear weapons.

I've tried to get the paint.net to work and never succeeded. However, it was paint that messed it up. I've recolored the ship again - and this time I believe I got the Measure 5-N quite right!

BTW, the one vital difference (apart from the obvious ones, duuh!) was that the Olympias had a 5" armor-belt, designed to defeat the newest Italian heavy cruisers' 8" shell fire at an immunity zone of 15,000 yards (13,700 meters)
The weight was compensated for by the fitting of the lighter cage masts, and no upgrade availability for four additional 5"/25s. The ships' scantlings were also lighter; as they were intended for the Eastern Mediterranean and the Black Seas.

Ok, getting there slowly but surely! Have updated both the Makedonia-class, adding some more technical info, and the Olympia's sister-ship Philadelphia. Once I'm done, I may just put everything on the first page, unless it's ok to just flip the pages to reach each item...
