Re: FD Scale Aircraft 3
I love the Hornet and Sea Hornet, Rowdy. De Havilland did make some good looking aircraft.
Very nice UH-1H, DP. Is there any chance that you could please turn one into the Bell 412?

WOW Caddaric, those look awesome!
Here's my meager attempt, the Hughes H-1:
Howard Hughes tried unsuccessfully to sell the design to the Army Air Force, but they turned him down, so only one was ever made. In 2002, someone made a replca, but it crashed and the pilot was killed.

C-130G, equipped with 5,000 ft trailing antennae to provide radio coverage for US Navy strategic submarines
Re: FD Scale Aircraft 3
Great, as usual, Caddaric.
Is that the 1962 test plane ? I though that the TACAMO mission were EC-130G, EC-130Q and later E-6.

Not really, the first TACAMO Navy Herk was a converted KC-130.Caddaric79 wrote:Mistake...
Anyway, great drawing.
The LC-130 reminds me of my childhood : I(*) used to buy the weekly "Avions de guerre", the one about C-130 sported a huge drawing of a LC-130 taking off with RATO.
* : My parents to be precise.
