Hellenic Center for Polar Research asking if the IB will be delivered and when. Funding for her is mostly came from own money and donations of citizens of Hellenic Kingdom.
If RPM cannot deliver her, a large shipyard in our country can finish her on RPM blueprints.

La Marine de Guerre de la Respublica Christiana ad Orientalem Plaga had a request to the Engeneering department of RPM shipyards about some designs to be built in local yards with RPM assistance for the strict and only use of the Navy of the Respublica.
