"smiley" it's the only vessel in the navy that have one.
In the old days when Norway still had there Motor Torpedo boats, and old frigates... before modern time and stealth. the crew on each vessel had as tradition to have a big cartoon sign on there vessel... the cartoon describe what type of captain they have.
