Is there a reason for the mix of German and British weapons?

German weapons? It's a mix of British and "made it up myself". Which ones look German?

The 150mm TBK L/48 C/36 twin mount is identical to your 6" mount. :P

huh. It's a turret I threw together, admittedly using the forward turrets from the Narvik's as inspiration. I had first used them for my "rebuild" of the Enterprise Class, and figured since the rebuilds were contemporaries of this class I'm working on, use the same turrets. If it bothers folks, I can redesign. *shrug*

As it is, though, I'll just reiterate that my navy is not the Royal Navy, US Navy, Kriegsmarine, or Imperial Japanese Navy. It is the Grays Harbor Navy and any items I use are to be assumed to be from Grays Harbor. I generally use either British or American parts because, well, that's what I'm most familiar with, but I do draw inspiration from other things which draw my fancy on occasion.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, I think I did nab that turret from the KM parts sheet. Sorry, brain working slow this morning.

It's not the prettiest warship ever drawn, but no navy seeks out to build pretty warships. I judge it to be very effective in its intended role and that's what counts.

I can imagine a future follow-on incorporating a floatplane hangar.

I actually already have a follow on design in the works with increased length, 4 twin turrets, and a hanger. I just wanted to get this one hammered out first before advancing with that one.
