it's a work in progress. it takes time to completely re-invent an entire navy.

No, the Grays Harbor Navy. I am moving away from using RW ships to using those of my own design.
I am also fully aware of all the different categories of ships which constitute a well-rounded navy.

Credits are backwards and you've still got those god-awful TACAN (the thing at the very top of the foremast) and SATCOM (the thing aft of the #2 SPG-61 and below the #3 SPG-61) dishes. Look At Ace's Spruances for the right parts.
Edit: The same with the sonar dome.

No they're not. He drew the ships, I modified them with an axe and he prettied them up again.

Awesome ship, Zephyr! I'm also glad that you're inspired to 'borrow' my Olympia name from my Hellenic cruiser named so!
Only one thing, and it's merely an aesthetic nitpick: I'd straigthen out the stern more and flatten the stern's bottom, even deepening it so that it begins to curve forward/down well below the CWL.

Honestly, by the time I post it here, in what is more-or-less my version of
"Janes All the Worlds Warships - Grays Harbor Edition", they are pretty much a done deal unless I have the prop shaft sticking horizontally out of a funnel, a missile battery aimed at the galley, or something equally obvious.
Thats why I kinda like to try and keep the design portion seperated from the archival portion. Not that I am ever going to turn up my nose at reasonable suggestions, I just try and keep them seperated. Not always possible, I understand, but I can try.
