Very, very nice.
How did you get started doing this type of "anti-aliased" illustration (vs. the pixel art we do)? I've always wanted to branch out but didn't know where to start. I use Photoshop as well - any basic tips?

@Hood: Thanks so much! They take a little while. Titanic took about 5-6 weeks while other smaller liners are usually about 2-3 weeks each. Most of it is spent researching and photo-gathering though since blueprints can be quite hard to come by!
@BB1987 You are very kind
@emperor_andreas Thankyou mate and it is very nice to feel welcome!
@Colosseum I started off in MS Paint and slowly upgraded the 'tasks' I would complete. To give you an example, a 2012 profile of Titanic started as all-pixel:

Then I experimented with shading the drawing using photoshop:

Now I just do everything in photoshop! If I can make some suggestions, use a brush with 100% hardness and a pixel size of 1 or 2 for the edge outlines.

They look professionally drawn, and it would be fitting to see them in a reference book.

Lovely drawings Mike.
Makes one imagine catching a sneek peek through the drawing office window at White Stars offices in Belfast in February/March, 1910
And now I'd venture you're taking a foray into warship design
Will be interesting to see how you progress in your unique style and scale (which is VERY close to FD - perhaps with a small tweek you could match FD Scale, which would be extremely AMAZING!)
Anyway sir, good day to you and good luck!
With kind regards,
Andy

Lovely words adenandy, thankyou!
Warships are definitely to my interest - especially Bismarck and Hood!
A series of warships is definitely on the cards. If you don't mind my asking, at what scale is FD? My scale is 68 pixels to 1 meter.
Cheers!

FD scale is 22.093 pixels to 1 metre.
So your scale is far larger than FD scale.

That's interesting Hood! All my drawings are at 300 DPi resolution.
When printed the scale translates to about 1/174.
