Her air wing would consist of twelve SH-3 or SH-60F, ten S-3 Vikings, twp E-2C Hawkeye, and twelve F-18 fighters....the air wing depends on the time frame
I'll see what I can do over the next few weeks following finals next week.

You're right, ace, I went on a Fool's Errand there. I ought to have refreshed my knowledge of these vessels, which, alas, I did only afterwards. However, I'm satisfied that you agree that the number sequence is wrong though, since, with Carter being defeated in 1980, by Ronald Reagan, a maximum of only two might have been envisaged -that is, if Carter and his SecDef, Harold Brown and SecNav Edward Hidalgo could've managed to push them through a very skeptical and recalcitrant Congress.

of course, her side would be littered with openings and liferafts, but I decided to leave them off to show her lines and because I don't know where they could be (I can estimate based on other ships, but that is just an as bad representation as to leave them of, IMO)
For Side & Flight-Deck details (railing, opening & liferafts)
You can "reasonably" help you with some others US Carrier drawing, such as:
or the
USS-Nimitz

I hate it when people not even read what they quote
I CHOSE NOT TO COPY OTHER SHIPS ON PURPOSE!

He didn't say you should. He said you could use other ships to guestimate where many of the details should go.
And I agree with him, because rigth now the ship looks half-finished.

The CVV was intended to operate V/STOL aircraft. How about some additional V/SOL aircraft in the ship drawing?
What about the Convair 200 V/STOL fighter?
Rockwell XFV-12?
I wonder if the CVVs would have been named for famous naval battles.
USS Philippine Sea?
USS Leyte Gulf?
