Steadfast Class Combat Replenishment Ship
The Steadfast Class Combat Replenishment Ships are the RAN's vital replenishment at sea platforms and provide operational support by providing fuels, dry cargo, water, food, ammunition, equipment and spare parts. In addition to replenishment, the Steadfast Class can be used to combat environmental pollution at sea, provide logistics support for armed forces, support humanitarian and relief operations following natural disasters. They are the first ever RAN warships to be built in Japan with both being constructed at Japan Marine United (JMU) in Kure, Hiroshima. Both ships were built with a double hull design in compliance with the International Maritime Organisation’s (IMO) International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL) requirement. Based on the JMSDF Mashu Class, they have been modified to suit RAN standards and requirements.

There are a total of 2 Steadfast Class Combat Replenishment Ships currently in service with the RAN. They form part of the 15th Auxiliary Squadron and operate from both Fleet Base East (FBE) in New South Wales and Fleet Base West (FBW) in Western Australia.
Drawing notes: The original design was drawn by pootisp6 and posted on Deviantart. I really loved the design and decided to use it as the basis for my Steadfast Class vessels. I have credited pootisp6 in accordance with Shipbucket rules.
