Very nice indeed. :D What type is that mini-sub on deck? It seems too big to be a Kaiten.

possibly a Type A Ko-hyoteki, like the ones used in the attack on Pearl Harbor, as I-16 herself carried and launched one of them.

As BB1987 says, it's a mini-sub Type A Ko-hyoteki. I used the Darth Panda's drawing. here
