Two sets of insignia are displayed. The left is for the dress reds, the right is the subdued for wear on the field uniform

General and General-Commandant are the same pay grade, the only difference being that the Commandant of Marines wears G-C insignia while holding that position.

It's interesting that your Marine Ranks list Lieutenant General below Major General. I assume this was done for noteriety? Historically, the rank we know as Major General was shortened from Sergeant-Major General, which is why those general officer ranks appear reversed.
