Re: FD Scale Aircraft 3
Don't kid yourself; when the government finally falls, that's when the *real* killing is going to begin. There will probably be a brief respite, and celebration, but then the victors will most likely have a throwdown to see who gets to be in charge. Great job on the helo though.Syrian people is living a true nightmare, I hope 2013 will be a year of peace and the end of this drama.

We can't stop here--this is Bat country!
If it's close enough to cast a shadow, I think the flying house wins initiative.
Bronies are like the Forsworn. Everyone agrees that they are a problem but nobody wants to expend the energy rooting them out.
"That is a very graphic analogy which aids understanding wonderfully while being, strictly speaking, wrong in every possible way."

My friend, I'm not 14 and I perfectly know that the so-called FSA is a bunch of Al-Qaeda mercenaries paid by the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Syrian deserves peace, but peace with a true government. Bachar is certainly a butcher, but he is the one that can insure stability.Obsydian Shade wrote:Don't kid yourself; when the government finally falls, that's when the *real* killing is going to begin. Sorry to be off-topic : Back to the drawings !
Bf-109F is Friedrich, not Franz.Obsydian Shade wrote:Outstanding work on the -109s; good to see this aircraft get the attention it really deserves! My only minor quibble, and it may simply not be visible at this scale, or from this angle, is the early Bf 109s had squared off wingtips. The rounded ones, and other refinements came with the "Franz". That said, amazing work, and hope you do the entire series!

Re: FD Scale Aircraft 3
Following Nighthunter's great Bf-109's, I've drawn a lesser known German aircraft of WW2.
Arado Ar 234 B "Blitz":
(powered by BMW )
More colouring to come, unless someone wants to beat me to it.
Germany did have some brilliant engineers and designers, it may just be the nutcase who ran the country that lost them the war.

Re: FD Scale Aircraft 3
Great additions!
Radome - No, it isn't. Ar-234 is world's first operational jet bomber, that entered service in late 1944.

Re: FD Scale Aircraft 3
I don't think so, the most advanced contenders for "Amerika Bomber" project were Me-264 and Ta-400. Ar-234 was a tactical bomber.Radome wrote:Ain't this one of the designs for the 'Amerika bomber'?

Re: FD Scale Aircraft 3
Nice additions, great to see the An-12, CL-415, Mi-14 and the Ar-234.
Are you planning any other An-12 variants?
