I instantly fell in love with this one! Looks a bit like the one from Enkhuizen to Stavoren in the Netherlands, but bigger! As far as you know, has it been done on shipbucket before?

I think this might be an interesting topic for me to keep working on (as I'm also busy drawing some trains in sb scale)

they haven't been drawn yet, since I haven't reached to that sector yet. but I have been looking for drawings for Norwegian ferry's, but haven't started on any of them since I have other things to do at the moment.

Were these all taken in Denmark? I heard there used to be a rail ferry, used for transporting ICE trains. Do you have any pictures of that (if the rumors are true)?

Sure - ICE trains are carried on ferries between Rødby in Denmark and Puttgarden i Germany.

Love the picture! I do wonder if the (un)loading ramp is sb style approved though...

That helped me a lot to understand which one you meant at page 1.
I do think they miss some of the romance I like better in the newer train ferries.
(also, in modern times: how on earth are you going to get a better profit carrying wagons instead of just containers while you can travel the entire distance on land?)


Also, I'm trying to finish some of my school-related projects so I can start drawing as soon as possible!

While looking for some more information on the ferry between Enkhuizen and Stavoren, I accidentally stumbled upon this!



Combined with countless pictures and paintings, I think I can finally start on this one!
