Love those basket masts. Is the ROT adhereing to the Washington Naval Treaty limiting them to 3,000 tons of improvements?

Seeker - Texas is not a major naval power, so they weren't invited to the table for the Washington Conference. However, they are hampered by the treaty's restrictions. I wanted to build a cruiser with 10 inch guns, but after conducting my research there isn't a single navy that built or used them during this time period. So I went with the biggest guns I could get: 8"/55 from the US. The refits for the battleships, when I put them through Springsharp, only added about 1000 tons to the total displacement.

Nighthunter - when I settle on the WW2 color schemes I will send them to you. But I've got several years to go yet before I get there.
