Lewis and Vought VE-7 or VE-9 floatplane. One of the first contracted for the US Navy:

I've left it plain except for the shadows under the wings and overhanging surfaces.

I'll post the Texas Air Force version in 1923 Naval Observation Squadron colors in the AU section.

The update of Westland Lynx versions. The actual part is with the wrong scale and lack of versions..
