The 1980s refit version (and a possible mid-50s missile conversion) will be presented as an own design at a later date, so, the USS Montana project is completed (except for my minor question about the radio antennaes for the 1948 versions wich can be fixed in a matter of seconds with a quick copy-paste).
All updated drawings can be found in the first page.

A true thing of beauty, BB, if not the ship(I'm no fan of american superstructure aesthetics ), then most certanly the drawing!

Mihoshik i'm embarassed, there are so many bucketer that i considered (and still consider) beign better drawers than me, still recieving that kind of comments from historic members like you it's so rewarding
(but why the green text, i actually chilled out my bones when i saw it before reading, it was like "oh my god what i have done?" )

As for your eventual Montana missile conversion, I think you can use this, a look at how an Iowa would have looked after conversion:
