these ships will only be the "technology insertion ships" or the transition ships Flight III wont start until DDG-122. DDG-113 to 116 are the restart, 117 to 121 are transitory, AMDR will be introduced in DDG-122. plans call for around 24 ships as of now but this could change including the restart and transitions platforms.

Will they refer to the transition ships as Flight IIb?

Any Thinking on the DDG-117/121 because these vessels will be "Technology Insertion Ships" (They PROGRESSIVELY integrate various systems currently under development).

Some Thinking about Arleigh-Burke Flight-III (DDG-122 and beyond...FY 2016-2031)

Some Thinking about a Hypothetical (but unlikely ?) Arleigh-Burke Flight-IV (maybe ? around FY 2032-2041...)

If some interested to draw it ?

may I see your sources? some of the 'concepts' you are referring to are very unlikely (I mean, laser CIWS, huge funnels with radar 'traps', AGS? get real!) and many of the parts you chose to show here are from ships that are.... well just shipbucket designs. with all due respect, some exceptions apart, these are not designs of naval or electrical engineers, and by that only approach what is possible. IMO, it is not an good idea to start discussing an future design with shipbucket designs as referece.
Drawings are credited with J.Scholtens
I ask of you to prove me wrong. Not say I am wrong, but prove it, because then I will have learned something new.

Those designs look pretty neat at least from my perspective. I mean of course they're shipbucket designs but still it's always fun to speculate on what future designs might hold. There's been considerable speculation out there about what Flight III might be like.

It`s based on the current official Lockheed Martin design of the Flight III

because the ESSM has taken over most of that role. and the concept drawings off thus ships did not have them to.

somehow i doubt ESSM can protect ship against larger swarm of enemy missiles, if i watch today defense of current modern destroyers and frigates i would say not enough, but thats only my own opinion,
