And i see it more and more since that day.

The yellow plate is normally used for ''vrede&veiligheid''.

Officially that is the rank for civilian interns, mostly for V&V (lazy bastards) but in the Army that is for juvenile criminal, who are forced in to the army by the judge. I got my uniforms because I had to do a lots dirty works and drills (my sport trainer was a Korps Mariniers Corporal, god! he loves PT)and as an officer candidate I have to look smart for in the long room.
Worklist:

- ROC/Taiwan - 中華民國空軍 / 陸軍航特部 / 海軍航空兵 - LINK
- RHKAAF / HKGFS - 皇家香港輔助空軍 / 政府飛行服務隊

I've never seen those Yellow ranks in the Royal Netherlands Airforce. Interns there just wore their normal clothes and got issued a pair of overalls and safety boots for the aircraft maintenance.

That is because HBO interns in RNLAF are lazy bastards like their officers  noh! just joking! I was going to the air force as an intern, HBO interns in RNLAF only have to make some lame ass reports about regulations or maintenance manuals and don't gets there hands dirty.
