Beautiful. I might change the rigging back to a shade of gray, though.

Thanks a lot. I did tried that, but you get a contrast that doesn't look good!

Are you sure, Novice, that it should read '1939' and not '1940/41', after the Battle Force's move from San Pedro (CA) to Pearl Harbor. That's at least my knowledge of it.

That is a beautiful drawing. Just as a side note, MS-21 did not exist in 1939. To use that paint measure the ship would have to be overall Navy Blue (MS-21) after the summer of 1942. From very late 1941 to early 1942 the Navy was using a Sea Blue scheme called MS-11. Didn't last long due to the paint scaling to much.
