I really think the only way to get the uploads sorted properly is to have someone volunteer to police each folder. From my days of managing it, I can remember how much of a nuisance it was to try to standardize everything.

Tim's work on the US folder is outstanding, and I can remember MihoshiK sending me an excellent zipped folder of the Great Britain folder. That was a real help back in the day when I did the uploading alone!

e: It may also be worth investigating the possibility to sort each nation folder into a "Civilian" and "Military" subarchive -- for folders organized by hull designation (like the US folder), it can get tricky to sort drawings when you have military ships alongside civilian merchantmen. Just a thought.

Yeah, Colo hits the nail what I've been thinking sofar. We have sort of "un-offical" watchmen for some folders like Netherlands and USA, and the Soviet and Finnish folders are to my liking, but the whole uploading progress would go lot smoothly if we would have more volunteers to do the work. Most the errors this time seems to be from me doing too fast cliking on dl the stuff from the submit thread to my folders... Thougth In (relatively recent)past, most of the errors came when kids brougth me huge folders of their thousands of works and didn't bother up to make them accurate themselves, and I didn't even look at their content myself.

gollevainen, also an little question.... or maybe more of an reminder
it seems like the never build of the previous upload session is not yet uploaded, at least not in the Dutch folder. if you are still working on uploading these, take this message as never said ;) (btw, if necessary, in a few days I could do the Dutch folder fix for you, the real folder has some small stuff that needs doing too, so if you need help with it just ask)
Drawings are credited with J.Scholtens
I ask of you to prove me wrong. Not say I am wrong, but prove it, because then I will have learned something new.
