Good point TurretHead. I'd be happy for either to go aboard the QE. Should be a simple measure to swap the tails.

It's a pure awesomeness! Pity the CVA-01 never become "real". RN's and RAF's decline post-1945 is such a sad story. :(

I'm very pleased with your latest revised version, although I think that you can actually fit more SatComs than you have...(Btw, I'm also quite delighted to see that you find my versions usable! :) :D ) Other than that, a year of depiction is all I like to add...

well done! imagine her with the 2nd catapult somewere arround heli spot 1 & 2 , she would have been a hell of a fear factor for any nation! Love the drawings you made , bloody shame that she wasn't build!

Superb drawing. The rudders look unusual to me- are the skegs pivoting also?

Part of me want's to tinker with this and sketch up what she might have looked like at various stages in her career- would the Sea Dart have lasted? Would Sea Wolf have been installed, or Phalanx? What modifications would have followed from (can I dream) FAA Tomcats being shipped?
