Here is the repainted version with the underwater hull shading+ curved hull shading, including all the previous adjustments.
I still see the double black lines in the aft funnels top, and I question how the top of your ram can be shaded.... and I have never seen the shadow of the prop on the hull, is that really allowed?!?
don't get me wrong, it is an very good (if not excellent) drawing, but if something is as good as this, it would be a shame if it would not get uploaded in the archive or if it would be unperfect.

well like the quote Acelancelot posted by me from the past, "follow the lines of the hull as..." means that one must try to present the hull as accurately as possible. Thus if the ship has bulge, it should be shown someways so the 2nd drawing of your last post would be most correct one. Generally the rules about the underwater hulls applies to the more sleak modern combatants which doesen't have bulges. When drawing pre-dreadnougths, one has to venture to bend them rules little bit
is that the reason there are so many dreadnoughts in the archive with this kind of shading? and if that's so, that only leaves me the question... why did I have to remove it from my dante and cuniberti back then? not critisizing, just wondering.

I raise the height of the aft funnel by 1 pixel so that the 2 OUTLINE lines of the funnel cap don't touch. And here is no prop or any shadding whatever. If there is anything Gollevainen, about the following design, tell me.
ReiAyanami, I would still like to fix the shading on the bow... if you want I can do it for you?

then fix it yourself. and if you have done those on your other ships, you will have to fix those too. otherwise none of your otherwise great ships will get in the archive. and I am only trying to help you, you know!
