Modex,is a Kardovijan Department store chain,that became the staple of the Kardovijan upper and middle class,selling clothes(import ones too),electronics,jewellry and many other products...Typically a city has one maybe two Modex locations in prestigeous downtown locations inside multistory buildings.

Thanks a lot!,There is actually a half done building(the ones you see in the background)in FD scale and a couple more concepts but still not sure If I will be posting actual blueprint template buildings or art piece buildings
