HMS Indomitable - a proper armoured carrier

Here's my rendition of HMS Indomitable in her messy 1942 camouflage scheme, when she was operating in the Indian Ocean and came close to engaging the Kido Butai. Aside from the attractive camouflage scheme, I find the two-hangar taller look of this half-sister to the Illustrious class to be quite imposing. Certainly a unique and interesting carrier design.

I started this drawing over 18 months ago and abandoned and restarted it several times because of how tedious it was to do 3 views, but I finally pushed it to completion (and fixed some shading issues, thanks Hood!).

High in the water because of the two hangars and with that camouflage scheme, one can understand how German pilots took her for an American carrier during Pedestal.
