Re: Antara 2.5
The long overdue redraw:
Jinora class destroyer
The Jinora classes inherited the same basic shape as the Arabella and Oscar class with a moderate increase in length and a revised armament layout. Weight saving techniques kept her at the 1500 ton displacement limit imposed by the Presdon Naval Treaty. Jinora was the first Antaran destroyer class to mount 610mm torpedoes, as a response to the Kurodai scare. The new torpedoes were moderately better than their 530mm counterparts in terms of range and speed and mounted a bigger warhead, but despite this they were still a far cry to the power the oxygen torpedoes the Osoran navy used. The class' wartime record is one of the most tragic in the Antaran Navy, with 8 out of 11 vessels being lost in combat.

Really good looking entries.
Re: Antara 2.5
The great cruiser rework, part 1!
Union Grove-class heavy cruiser
The Union Groves were Antara's first cruiser entry for the ENT, built to the full treaty displacement of 10,000 tonnes. The class was well armed and armoured for its time, and with a modest speed. Early issues included poor stability and dangerous rolling when turning, which would later be mitigated with the addition of torpedo bulges.
At the time of their commissioning they were not particularly popular as they scored very poorly in gun accuracy and slow reload, and when compared to the Navy's 155mm armed light cruisers, they were found to be very lacking. The 155mm could shoot three times as quickly and with greater accuracy. Much effort went towards rectifying the issues with the 200mm guns that both cruisers mounted. By 1334, most of these issues were ironed, with the reload rate sitting at around 4-5 rounds per minute and a passable accuracy rating.

Secondary battery - 8xI 130mm/45
Armour - 150mm belt, 100mm turret face, 100mm barbettes, 50mm decks, 150mm CT

Re: Antara 2.5
I am always stunning that you have found your own style that can easily and immediately be assigned to you, regardless of how big or small the ship is. You have your unique "fingerprint". Fascinating! And,of course, your ships are of the finest.

Bradford-class destroyer
The Bradfords were a cutting edge - new age destroyer class built around the Targe Combat System. The Targe CS was a significant increase in its capabilities. Targe is an integrated weapons system that allows the vessel to track a total of 800 targets with four arrays to a range of over 300km, with which it can be efficiently used to destroy threats with its VLS cells and CIWS. In addition to TCS, Bradford's profile was designed to have a more radar suppressed signature.
Three flights of the Bradfords were produced between 1392 to 1446, making it the longest running destroyer class in the navy. Its service life was further increased with the advent of the Intercontinental War which made it nigh impossible for the nation to produce new warships for many decades. Several vessels were also lost during the opening months of the Abyssal Crisis, before the Antaran Navy withdrew its vessels for the remainder of the war.
Specifications
Tonnage - 4500 tonnes standard
Speed - 30 knots

Theodora class scout/interdiction cruiser
The Theodoras were the last coal fired cruisers in the Antaran Navy, but were also the fastest of their type, reaching 25 knots in trials, and 26 in battle conditions. Theodora had an impressive range of 10 000nm, making it an excellent merchant raider. In practice, they were rarily used as such, instead being mostly relegated to trade protection and screen ships due to falling behind speed wise by the Great War.
Specifications
Tonnage - 3800 tonnes standard
Speed - 26 knots
Range - 10 000nm at 10 knots
Armour - 25mm armoured deck over machinery + coal storage
Main battery - 6xI 155mm/45
Secondary battery - 6xI 100mm or 75mm guns
Torpedoes - 2xI 450mm with two reloads.
Ships in class
Theodora - scrapped, 1324
Delport - damaged in hostile collision, scrapped, 1317
Jacinta - scuttled after surface battle, 1320
Edopolis - scrapped, 1324
White Rock - scrapped, 1325
Eisenburg - scrapped, 1325

Wispess-class light cruiser
The Wispess class of light cruisers, constructed during the period spanning 1327 to 1336, encapsulated a turbulent era in Wesmere's naval history. Conceived amidst stringent budgetary constraints, these cruisers were designed to adhere to the limitations imposed by the Evinheim Naval Treaty. In response to changing requirements and evolving geopolitical dynamics, the design of the Wispess class underwent multiple revisions, ultimately resulting in a vessel plagued by technical problems and a high maintainence build. The class's construction was also marred by dockyard strikes and deteriorating shipbuilding practice, as the country grappled with the aftermath of a revolution.
Too few's surprise, the original order of six vessels was slowly cut down to three, further solidifying the Royal Navy's painful fall from grace. By the time of the World War, the three vessels that made up the class had woefully underprepared crews expected to man poorly manned warships. Wispess and Mair were sunk in the first three months of the war, with Loxlee surviving long enough to be rebased to Antaran ports. Loxlee fought as a part of Force D for the remainder of the war and finally returned to home waters by its end.
Specifications
Displacement - 9,351 tonnes standard
Speed - 34 knots
Range - 10,100nm at 12 knots
Main battery - 4xIII 152mm/50
Secondary battery - 4xII 102mm/45
Torpedoes - 2xIII 533mm
Ships in Class
Wispess - Sunk in surface action, 1342
Loxlee - Scrapped, 1355
Mair - Sunk by submarine, 1342
