one of them are in the archive already, been there a while, the other one are similar to Project 23 Sovetsky Soyuz

Thank's for finding that one I was not aware of it's existence and there are some significant differences between Design 'D' and the Pr. 23 battleships.
For one thing Gibbs & Cox went for a 'sting-in-the-tail' by making C turret a quadruple mount for another, the Sovetsky Soyuz owed more to the Italian Littorio Class than Design 'D'.
