This AU is my first one to feature fictional countries and to be uploaded on the forum, it feature a bunch of countries from my creation as well as real countries that evolved differently, with the main "protagonist" country being Saint Laurent & Belmant, a fictional Québec-like country on a greater scale.

This topic will give only minor details on the countries and focus more on their equipment and organisation.
