Hello,

A few Italian cruiser design for Spain in 1940. Both are armed with 203mm guns, presumably the one in use by the Zara or at least similar ones. It is armed with 90mm guns, 37mm guns and 20mm guns for anti-aircraft armaments.

Hello,

Thank you very much for the kind words! If anyone have good literature on Italian/Spanish camouflage and radar, I'd be very grateful...

And here is a site in Italian with further information on Italian radar:

Here is a great book on Italian camouflage. The colors on the Gabbiano corvette on the cover are accurate for 90% of the ships in the Regia Marina.

Hi Dalamace:
Excellent work here! Nice drawings! The Regia Marina had striking camouflage schemes for nearly all the battleships, cruisers, destroyers and corvettes. But the francoist Navy of the SCW and later used a plain light gray paint only (with the exception of the auxiliary cruiser Mar Negro, which had a camouflage, but unfortunatelly I was unable to find the exact colors of it). Cheers.
